ZM Media did two projects for Sea Breeze Park. In 2022 we did our first project, and recently in May 2024, we did our 2nd project. The project was to cover Sea Breeze (Formerly Elm Tree) to produce marketing material for Wyldecrest Parks.
Wyldecrest Parks is one of the UK’s No.1 residential and holiday park operators in more than 90 locations around the UK. Sea Breeze Park is well situated in Seaton Carew, a charming coastal community. The park (formerly known as Elm Tree Park) lives true to its name because it is located less than a mile from the seaside promenade. In addition, the park has a fully licenced clubhouse that park inhabitants maintain for park residents.
Goal of project
After a detailed meeting with the client, we specified our goals for this task. The plan was to do high-quality interior photography, Aerial, 3D scans and Walkthrough video of individual properties / Lodges. We cover the park from various angles, showing its warmth, value, surroundings and outstanding location for listing and marketing purposes. So, buyers can see every detail of the property just as viewing and experiencing it in reality.
Our team took care of all the technical and logistics sides. Our team travelled from London to Sea Breeze (Formerly Elm Tree). Queen St, Seaton Carew, Hartlepool, Durham, TS25 1AJ.
